Iftaar Ready with Ikea

Hi peeps! the major part of Ramadan is over, just few more days to Eid! i have been quiet busy since i am back from vacations. i know i am suppose to write a travelogue but lets just wait till Eid Holidays.

i have been cooking mostly at home for iftaar and tried my best to kept the food as organic as possible. so here is one of the iftaar set up i did in minutes. literally! in minutes. being an ikea obsessed, i have all the major essentials from ikea. i don’t miss any limited collection also. so mixing and matching crockery and accessories has never been so tricky. you get a lot of margin when playing with ikea serve ware accessories because of the simplicity and creativity of the designs.

so, here i tried creating an indoor Al Fresco environment with Greens, candles, cool blue shade. everything is from Ikea. even the led lights in the background.

here is the final look:

the menu was oriental, chicken manchurian, chicken drumsticks, stir fried beef noodles, egg fried rice and shrimp wantons.

added a cool blue shade by using these Fantastisk Napkins in Blue. and my most recent purchase these pretty curvy blue glass.
