Oh Boy! what an amazing glide on formula. without any exaggeration this is the most Vibrant Blue Liquid Eyeliner that i have ever tried.
to Complete this look i grabbed Sephora’s Blue Mascara. and it didn’t disappoint me.
Before trying this look, keep these tips in mind:
- Your eye shadow should be long-wear and highly pigmented, you will see in the video that i have used Urban Decay’s Electric Palette for lids
- if the eye shadow goes out of the crease or spreads on the sides, always use concealer to hide the imperfections
- instead of blending, keep pressing the eye shade so that you can get vibrant tone without using a lot of product
